A Fond Farewell to Gillian Robb

This week,Team UpSpring Baby says goodbye to one of our most valuable players.  Gillian Robb has been with UpSpring Baby since the company was formed and has played a vital role in our success.  She’s worn many hats, always ready to jump in when she’s needed and take on new challenges.  Her knowledge, humor and heart of gold will be missed as she takes a new direction in her career.

At her going-away lunch this week, UpSpring Baby founder Julie Jumonville composed an epic poem to celebrate all that Gillian means to us.  I’d like to share it with you all now:

Ode to Gillian Robb

Gillian with her hair so brown
Always a smile, and rarely a frown
Crunching her napkin and clicking her pen
Serving our customers like they were her friend
Forever she will be UpSpring’s CTO
And we all want Gillian to know
That she has made Upspring a fun place to be
Even when she punches and pinches me
We will miss your super fast typing
Oh, get me a tissue as I start crying
Seriously, you are a special gal
And will always be our special pal
Tell Brian and David to watch out
The UpSpring team is going to wrap their house
Kidding aside you are a forever member of the team
And we are excited for you to fulfill your dreams
Life is short and you need to know
That we all love you wherever you go!

Farewell, Gillian–and good luck!  We’ll miss seeing your face each day!
