One of the questions we get asked all the time is whether or not ShrinkxHIPS can be worn after a c-section. The answer is absolutely YES but you must wait until all staples or sutures have been removed. Once this has happened it is best to try on the belt and see how it feels for you. Obviously every woman is different so every recovery follows a different timeline.
